Refund Policy
If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. However if you change your mind, we cannot refund the courier charge once the book has been sent to you.
Delivery Policy
We do our best to mail out your book as fast as possible. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or delay in delivery. Please contact us if you do not receive your book within 7 days of ordering.
